PLEASE READ HEATING INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY. WE ADHERE TO THE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD AS/NZ 5116:2016 REQUIREMENTS FOR MICROWAVABLE HEAT PACKS. SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS:
Ingredients: 850g Heat Bag
Natural jasmine rice grains, flaxseed, natural linen fabric. (100% Cotton, no synthetics, wheat or botanicals)
Place heat bag on a microwave safe plate, or paper towel. Ensure the bag is flat and grains are evenly distributed.
*If you are unsure of your microwave wattage, start at 1min and go up in 20 sec intervals until you find the right heat for you, touch warm, but not scalding hot.
Heating Instructions based on 50 degree celsius moderate heat temp:
Heat for 2min for a 800W Microwave (usually older style microwaves)
Heat for 1 min 50 seconds for a 1000W Microwave
Heat for 1min 30 seconds for a 1200W Microwave (newer microwaves)
Shake the bag after heating to ensure the ingredients are evenly Distributed. If the Bag feels too hot, let cool before placing on the skin. Rotate the bag around the skin area you need warmed, approximately every 5 to 8 min.
Do not use if you have illness that diminishes skin sensitivity to heat, you may burn your skin, such as Diabetes.
DO NOT OVERHEAT, do not use underneath bedding, keep away from children & pets. Do not leave in microwave unattended.
Let completely cool before re-heating (aprox 2hrs). The outer material can be spot wiped using a damp cloth, and left to air dry. Do not submerge in water or put in the washing machine.
If you over heat and the fabric or ingredients begin to blacken, singe or smoke, discontinue use immediately, and discard the heat pack, it is no longer safe to use. Keep instructions with-in reach, inside the packaging bag provided for future reference. Do not throw away the instruction card & bag.
