This blend is fantastic for when you really need to concentrate, evokes clarity, focus and attention, Calms the mind, reduces anxiety, encourages balance, emotionally uplifting, helps feelings of exhaustion, encourages a sense of extra support, airborne antimicrobial, improves cognitive performance, and reduces mental fatigue.
Directions: Use 8 drops in the diffuser/ Vaporiser, or add 10 drops to a nasal inhaler
