This blend is great when you need to open up the airways due to cold, mucous, decongestant, stimulates respiratory system. Energises and uplifts, encourages clarity, supports confidence in challenging situations, grounding, soothes when feeling overwhelmed, awakens and refreshes, stimulates new creativity, and clears energy.
Directions: Use 6 drops in a vaporiser or diffuser. Do not diffuse with pets in the room, if they are around, make sure to give them space to escape to as wintergreen can be toxic in high amounts to pets.

Especially great if you have a cold or blocked sinus. Just dilute 6 drops of forrest mist in 30mls carrier oil like coconut oil, or grapeseed oil, and massage over the body, legs and feet. Not for use in baths.
