Refund Policy 2018
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase only.
Refunds are provided if any items are faulty or not in the condition as shown on my website.
Items broken in the post will not be refunded unless you request Australia Post insurance at your cost.
I will cover insurance for orders over $100 value only.
If you are not happy with your items for any reason, I will communicate with you to rectify the situation, and usually offer to send you an alternative product.
No refunds for change of mind.
